Terms and Conditions of Use Huat 365 — Platform Gaming Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Huat 365 platform in any capacity, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Huat 365 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. Continued use of the Huat 365 platform following the publication of any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the huat 365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any territory where participation in online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any company, corporate entity, or third party.
• Not currently listed on the self-exclusion register of any registered gaming platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Huat 365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to temporarily suspend an account while verification is carried out if there is reasonable doubt regarding a member's eligibility.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at huat 365 at any given time. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through another party, is strictly prohibited. huat 365 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name as per your official identification document, date of birth, active phone number, and valid email address. This information will be verified during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before your first withdrawal is processed.

• Your account password is your personal responsibility — never share it with anyone.
• Huat 365 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4Deposits and Payments

Huat 365 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, online banking, selected e-wallets, and credit or debit cards. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method and will be clearly displayed during the deposit process. Huat 365 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after deducting processing costs.
• Any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity will be frozen pending further investigation.
• Huat 365 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawals from your huat 365 account are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification checks and applicable limits. Processing time is typically between one and three business hours for the majority of requests that have completed KYC verification.

A minimum withdrawal of RM 50 applies, and a daily maximum withdrawal limit is in place depending on your membership tier and transaction history. Withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional documentation before processing.

• All withdrawals must be directed to an account registered in the member's name — no exceptions.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals submitted while an account investigation is ongoing will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
• Successfully processed withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once completed.

6Bonuses and Promotions

• Only one promotional bonus may be used at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses claimed using duplicate accounts or false information will be voided without notice.

7Game Rules

All games offered on the huat 365 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified to ensure true fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

In the event of a technical disruption, software failure, or connection issue during a gaming session, Huat 365 will endeavour to restore the account to its state prior to the disruption based on system records. Any unresolved bets at the time of the disruption may be voided and funds returned to the account balance.

• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live games is a serious violation.
• Huat 365 reserves the right to reject or void any bet suspected of being irregular.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

8Member Conduct

Huat 365 expects all members to conduct themselves with respect, honesty, and responsibility while using the platform. Inappropriate behaviour, abusive or threatening language directed at support staff or fellow players will not be tolerated.

• Spreading false or misleading information about the Huat 365 platform is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activities is strictly prohibited.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Huat 365 customer support staff is strictly prohibited.
• All communications with the support team must be conducted respectfully and responsibly.

9Privacy and Data Protection

Huat 365 is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. All data collected during registration and platform use is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and is only accessible by authorised personnel.

10Limitation of Liability

Huat 365 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming, service disruptions, technical errors beyond our control, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

The huat 365 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption at all times. We will make every effort to ensure high platform availability, but scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur from time to time.

11Account Suspension and Closure

Huat 365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds that may result in such action include:

• Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Holding multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Self-exclusion requests made by the member or their legal guardian.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds in the account may be forfeited. Members whose accounts are closed for reasons other than a violation are entitled to withdraw their remaining balance once all checks are completed.

12Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Continued use of the huat 365 platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the process established by huat 365, and our decision on platform-related matters is final.
